Welcome to your new home, Miss

25th of January 2019, For the first time, I visited the school where I will be deployed – SMP Negeri 1, one of the best junior high school among the schools in Madiun City. The school prepared a welcoming program for me and for Dream, also a student teacher from Thailand who will be teaching Social Studies in the same school. The program was held in the main office of the Head Master, as they call him. He who manages the school. Later that time, we were asked to introduce ourselves and to tell them our expectations while we stay in there. As I stood up and face everyone, I breathe and smile for I know I’m already part of them. They made me feel like I am not different. And finally, this is the beginning of everything. It feels so right to be with them. By then, I believed that this would be a great experience that would help me to become confident and mature enough to handle either small or big situations in my teaching career and would definitely would broaden my view in every aspects of life.
Both fear and excitement runs into my blood. As I met Ibu Rose, my mentor, I was genuinely happy for she made me sure that everything will going to be fine. Another warmed welcome, another home, as I say. Finally, I met my supervisor, Ibu Iik. The moment I saw her, I was relieved because she gave me her smile where she made me felt nothing would be a problem. I was really the happiest that moment. I do more steps forward and promised to take risks because yes, I've feared nothing more.
Will to go on...

After the welcoming part, immediately Ibu Iik asked me if I want to meet the students and without a thought, I said yes for somehow I am too excited to meet different kind of students. And I don't have any regret on meeting them for the first time. Seeing them very excited when we entered the classroom made me to go on with this journey.
So Real
Tomorrow after, they gave us a little tour in SMPN1. With Fifi, our buddy and one of the teacher also from the school, helped us to be familiar in the whole campus. We met staffs and students along our way. It is so good to see and feel that we really welcome in their home.

This teaching plan is consist of five parts; Objectives which includes your aims that you want the students to achieve at the end of the period. Second, Subject Matter under it are your topic and references. Next is the Procedure wherein preparation and presentation happens. Also, the review and motivation is in here. As well as the lesson proper or the discussion of the teacher. Then, Evaluation includes the generalization where the summarizing of the lesson happens and the application of the lesson learned by the students. And lastly, is the Assignment given by the teacher related to the previous topic or to the next topic.
